    - move all remaining docs to docs/ folder
    - index them in mkdocs/nav
    - move mkdocs.yml to root folder to fix nested docs/ dir issue
    - add ros, mavlinkcom, mavlinkcom mocap, domain randomization, mesh vertex buffer, infrared cam, unity to gh.io page
    - fix srv / msg links in airsim_ros_pkgs readme
