Add real code on top of template

To do:

  • Add correct environment
  • Add training script
  • Add prediction script
  • Add code to process data from raw data (downloaded from CERN Open Data Portal)
  • Rebase onto the new template (so changes are just those done on top of the template)
  • Publish via Zenodo
