Added perfSONAR nodes for SWOSU and SDSMT

I imagine a better approach needs to be explored but for now adding perfSONAR nodes at SDSMT and SWOSU allows staff to more easily run ad hoc perfSONAR tests between Nautilus nodes and non-Nautilus nodes.
