Improve docker organization and documentation

Improve docker solution:
  - Add script to initialize bot configurations;
  - Create docker directory;

Improve documentation:
  - Create documentation of live transfer feature;
  - Create docs directory;
  - Translate "bot config documentation" to english;
  - Remove useless information from CONFIG_BOT docs;
  - Remove PT-BR documentation;
